2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Paradise City and to every distance contract concluded between Paradise City and the consumer.

3. Website Information

Paradise City strives to keep the information on the website as accurate and up-to-date as possible. Product photos and descriptions are intended to give a faithful representation of the products.

Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind Paradise City.

4. Product Information

The key characteristics of our products are clearly described, including:

  • Material

  • Sizes and dimensions

  • Specifications

  • For gift cards: validity period (1 year from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise).

5. Delivery

Paradise City offers at least two delivery options:

  • Home delivery

  • Pick-up at a collection point 

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer or the selected pick-up point.

6. Returns

7. Warranty

All products are covered by the 2-year legal warranty starting from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Belgian Civil Code and the Code of Economic Law.

If the delivered product does not conform to the contract, the customer is entitled to free repair, replacement, or a refund.

Defects must be reported within 2 months of being noticed.

Paradise City cannot exclude or limit this legal warranty.

8. Liability

Paradise City is responsible for delivering products in accordance with the descriptions provided on the website and with the reasonable expectations of the customer.

9. Disputes

All agreements between Paradise City and the consumer are governed exclusively by Belgian law. Disputes can be submitted to the competent courts in Belgium or via the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
