Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will receive a full refund of the purchase amount, including the initial shipping costs (if the entire order is returned). Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless agreed otherwise.

Return Conditions

When returning items, we expect that you handle the products with care. You may inspect and try them on, just as you would in a physical store.

If the product has been used more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may charge a depreciation fee proportional to the damage or wear.

Examples:

  • Missing labels: depreciation equal to replacement costs.

  • Damaged or soiled items: depreciation based on repair costs or reduced resale value.

  • Severely damaged or unsellable: possibly no refund.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products made according to the consumer’s specifications or that are clearly personalized.

Note: Items on sale, promotions, or gift cards are not exempt. They can be returned under the same conditions as regular items.

Refund

We will refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping costs (if applicable), as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have informed us of the withdrawal.

We may, however, wait to process the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method as you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Legal Warranty

All products are covered by the statutory two-year legal warranty for consumer goods in Belgium. This warranty applies if a product does not meet the reasonable expectations based on the purchase agreement.

If a product is faulty, you are entitled to:

  • free repair, or

  • free replacement, or

  • if repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate: a full or partial refund.

Defects covered by the warranty must be reported within 2 months of discovery.
